Refund policy
I hope that you absolutely love your new crystals but if that is not the case, returns may be made within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. In this case, the cost of return is to be covered by the customer. The crystals must be returned at the cost of the customer utilising a service that fully covers the returned items for loss or damage in transit. Returned crystals must arrive back in the same condition as received to be eligible for the refund. Should returned items not arrive back in the same condition as received then a part refund may be offered or the refund may be declined at the discretion of the business.Â
In the unlikely event that your purchase is delivered broken/damaged, a full refund will be processed subject to a return being made or photographic evidence being submitted. In this event, the cost of return will be covered by me.
